The chainstay is tight. I don't just mean cool, but really tight to put on. I had to wrestle the thing on. When you look at it, there appears to be an end that is supposed to be for a narrower tube and a thicker end, probably for a tapered tube?

The nature of the material and the amount of velcro used to apply this thing really makes it difficult to put on. I was almost about to grab two pairs of pliers and pulling it around, but thought it might tear.
